哪國人最愛陰莖增大術？　答：德國

國際整形手術協會(International Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery)統計指出，去年最愛做陰莖增大術的國家，竟然是德國！

據英國《鏡報》報導，該協會指出，去年全球進行陰莖增大術有15414例，而德國就佔了2786例，比例為18%。而德國遠勝排名第2的委內瑞拉：473例，排名第3的是西班牙：471例。報導也指出，德國男性若想從「小雞」變成「正常雞」，也就是未勃起狀態時，陰莖從3公分到6公分、圓周從2公分變3公分時，需花約新台幣38萬元的手術費。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
