最近我公司部門要補一個新人企劃，爲此，我主管在人力銀行「物色」人選，讓我很無言。 我主管是女的（未婚，約30歲），雖然我部門有男生，但大多是外勤需求的業務，企劃都已婚了。 所以來面試的，不少都是蠻有型的陽光男孩，女生也有，但我隱約感覺招待面試時態度有差。（女生都沒笑容，男的就很親切。） 這讓我不禁懷疑主管的動機…她到底是要找下屬還是找配偶？我一直以為只有少數男主管才會這樣。 各位朋友，我想問如果女生當主管，或有機會當面試官。會喜歡找有型的，可以當對像異性嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.165.7.65 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1409173181.A.DD4.html
