標題[請問] 停黑線吃罰單

如標題 今天騎機車要找停車位時 看到一排黑線停車格還一格一格幫你畫好停車位 結果就停下去 之後搭大眾運輸去辦事 回來後就發現機車貼張逕行舉發 旁邊停的也一群的被貼 我怎不知道道路交通禁止線多了一條黑線? 不知各位是否有發生過這種事? 不知是否可去申訴? 並去哪申訴? 以下附圖 http://imgur.com/F5s5EnA
