中韓FTA談判　傳將在APEC開幕前完成

南韓產業通商資源部部長尹相直周三表示，與中國雙邊FTA（自由貿易協定）談判近期可能會有重大進展，有望在11月10日在北京召開的亞太經濟合作會議（APEC）開幕前完成談判，他並表示，南韓與紐西蘭及越南的FTA談判也有望在年底前簽訂。
 
中韓自2012年5月以來開啟FTA談判，但2國一直未能達成共識，南韓將農產品列為高度敏感項目，而中國則將機械、汽車及石化等製造業定為敏感領域，尹相直表示，中國希望中韓FTA能在APEC開幕前完成簽署，因此近日中國有望對此採取積極行動。
 
中韓將於中秋長假後展開第13輪FTA談判，基於中國簽署協定的強烈意願，預期協商將會空前順利。（陳冠穎／綜合外電報導）
