藏前到鎌倉一日遊的交通問題。

本次是小生第一次自己東京自由行闖蕩～
爬文後本來擬定交通如下↓

去程：藏前(東京metro一日券) → 新宿 → 小田急 (江之島-鎌倉周遊券)
返程：湘南單軌電車(モノレール) → 大船 → 橫濱 (JR京濱東北線˙根岸線) → 日本大通站 → JR 賀須橫線 到 濱松町or上野（JR京濱東北線˙根岸線）

想請問這樣的話是否買JR一日券會比較划算？....and 路線這樣安排對嗎？XD
因為回程想去橫濱迎接夕陽，若從鎌倉出發到橫濱大約會花多久時間呢？
