平板在保固期間送修

今年3 月中旬買的平板至今共送修4次.
5/29送修第一次按鍵跑掉無法開機.送修回來又不行馬上又寄回修理.
7/22第三次送修無法充電
今又無法充電.9/4號送修後,業者打電話來說:保固不含機身的充電孔.又說是人為.所以要收費.竟然開價$1500這樣合理?.(誰會故意弄壞充電孔.不是都一樣插電拔開.這可以說人為?然後自己每次都花郵資寄回去修.).

我有跟業者說:同樣是(手機)充電孔有些用了兩年多都沒事.有問題的充電孔(也有朋友遇過.在保固期送台哥大.台哥大也沒說是人為要收費)設計不良.就是會有問題怎可說是人為.
