餿水油事件，衛福部長邱文達去留成為立委質詢焦點，上午在立法院備詢時包括交通部長葉匡時、文化部長龍應台等都給予問候。

衛福部長邱文達上午在立法院接受國民黨立委孫大千質詢時，承諾兩周內完成餿水油全面稽查，讓民眾安心，邱文達並表示願意為此賭上烏紗帽。

孫大千問邱文達，有沒有信心確保劣質豬油問題可以告一段落？邱文達表示，「應該有把握」。孫大千追問邱文達是否可以為此賭上烏紗帽，邱文達表示，這個沒有問題，一定這樣做，每個政務官來都有使命感，沒有人在乎去職問題，能夠為民眾做到，我願意承擔。
