英飛凌蟬連全球功率半導體市場龍頭

據市調機構IHS Inc研究報告指出，德國半導體大廠英飛凌以12.3%的市占率，連續11年奪得全球功率半導體龍頭，並在MOSFET功率電晶體市場首次取得領先。

功率電晶體是體積非常精巧的開關，是節能電源供應器的必要元件。2013年全球功率半導體市場縮減0.3%，約為154億美元。雖然大環境疲軟，英飛凌仍持續成長，市占率達到12.3%，較前一年成長0.9%。

在MOSFET功率電晶體的市場區塊，英飛凌的市占率成長1.6%達到13.6%，首度成為此市場區塊最大的供應商。英飛凌也在分離式IGBT功率電晶體與IGBT模組部分，分別拿到市占率第一和第二。
