滙豐工商金融預估，印度出口貿易額在2030年商品出口額將提高到現在的5倍，即平均每年以11%的速度增長。

滙豐工商金融公布「貿易展望報告」從2014年至2030年，印度可能會成為世界上成長最快的出口國，貨物出口額從現今的第14位躍居全球第5位。

報告內容預估，印度可望在2030年商品出口額提高到現在的5倍以上，平均每年以11%的速度增長。目前印度出口物以礦物燃料、紡織品及首飾等。

展望未來，滙豐預測將有更多資金投資密集型的產業例如製藥、汽車等。而阿拉伯聯合大公國將會是印度最大的出口國，隨著阿拉伯聯合大公國在轉口貿易樞紐的地位逐漸提升，也將帶動印度的出口商機。

印度消費階層擴大，滙豐認為，也會使其他海外製造商帶來商機，中國大陸獲益最大，至2030年預測對印度出口額將增加至現在的9倍、美對印度則會增加到3倍多。
