重罰黑心食品業者　罰不到強冠

為彌補食安危機漏洞，政府決定對黑心業者重罰，但因不溯及既往，已確定罰不到強冠。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，行政院政務委員蔣丙煌昨天主持政委審查會議，確定《食品安全衛生管理法》將修正4條文，提高對黑心業者的刑責與罰金。食品業者若有攙偽或假冒、加入未允許的添加物等，刑責最高7年，得併科8000萬元罰金；若致人於死，最高可處無期徒刑、2億元罰金。不過，因法律不溯及既往原則，已確定罰不到此次黑心油主嫌強冠。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
