台北市松山警分局今天說，獲報四海幫旗下堂口專門吸收學生當成員，逮捕劉姓主嫌，並查出劉男以臉書或LINE招人助陣。

松山分局表示，獲報發現有幫派把觸角伸入校園，吸收在學學生從事聚眾鬥毆，經長期蒐證，查獲四海幫旗下堂口劉姓主嫌為首組織，檢肅17名幫眾。

警方查出，劉男不僅設有入幫宣讀誓言儀式，再由他任命職務，還給鯉魚或麒麟的玉牌匾項鍊當幫會信物，成員分為副堂主、掌法及親衛隊隊長等名號。

警方說，劉男要求小弟對外宣稱海旭企業，但未從事商業行為，成員以學生為主，若小弟與人糾紛，就透過臉書及LINE等通訊軟體找人聚眾鬥毆滋事。

經長期監控、蒐證，松山分局24日上午見時機成熟，持拘票、搜索票等，前往劉男公司等地逮人，當場緝獲6人及12名少年到案，起出開山刀、道具槍、組織架構圖及拜堂證書印鑑等物。

警訊後依組織犯罪防制條例、毒品危害防制條例等罪嫌把劉男等人移送台北地檢署偵辦。(中央社)
