民主進步黨立法院黨團上午舉行「金溥聰違憲濫權，有請大法官解釋」記者會，立委李俊俋（左）和尤美女（中）質疑國安會秘書長金溥聰日前視察調查局及警政署等國安團隊機關，並聽取簡報，已經濫權，可能觸犯刑法刺探國家機密及瀆職等罪嫌，要求大法官釋憲。
