幫睡夢中的男性友人「口交」挨告　他反駁：有呻吟聲

今年2月初20歲的劉男到男性友人租屋處借住，他卻趁友人熟睡時對他「口交」，因此挨告。台北地檢署認為，事發後2人還一同去打球，並一起回到租屋處，不像是被害人應該有的反應，因此劉男獲不起訴處分。

據《自由時報》報導，男性友人指控，劉男趁著他熟睡時用手撫摸生殖器，他把劉男的手從褲子中抓出來，沒想到再次醒來時，短褲和內褲都被脫掉，而且還射完精。男性友人強調，沒有反抗劉男是因為練球真的太累了，射精的瞬間才讓他驚醒。

劉男坦承有「口交」，但否認有犯行，並指出過程中男性友人都沒有拒絕、反抗還發出「呻吟聲」，讓人的感覺他是清醒而且很舒服。
