新北市1名16歲的夏姓少年，2013年3月邀前女友一同到友人家為他慶生，沒想到期間卻和另1名許姓死黨狂灌對方烈酒，甚至還趁少女醉倒後，將她抱進房間內「撿屍」，直到夏男完事後，等不及的許男還立刻入內性侵少女。

檢方調查發現，夏姓少年眼見前女友喝醉後，立刻將她抱進房內性侵，儘管期間少女曾痛到驚醒大喊「不要，好痛！」但仍因酒醉無力將對方推開，只能任人擺布，最後沉沉昏睡。等到夏男完事後，迫不及待的許姓少年也不介意自己當「表弟」，立刻進房性侵少女。

直到隔天早上少女醒來，發現下體疼痛，內褲又有血跡，才得知自己遭人侵犯。起初少女只知道自己被夏姓少年性侵，完全不知道許姓少年也趁機侵犯她。案情曝光後，2名少年才坦承犯行，16日被檢方依加重強制性交罪起訴。
