方便揪禍首　食品業將強制開電子發票

豬油摻餿水油、飼料油，讓全民食不安心，衛福部食品藥物管理署已宣布油脂業者月底前，優先納入追蹤溯源系統管理，方便原料來源、產品流向管理。立院社福衛環委員會今挑燈夜戰《食品安全衛生管理法》部分條文修正案，深夜初審通過食藥署應於明年10底月前，完成食品業納追蹤溯源系統管理的業別公告，並分階段規定業者須開立電子發票，進一步掌握食品業上下游流向，防堵非食用原料流入食品鏈。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
