（中央社華盛頓15日綜合外電報導）美國財政部提交國會的報告指出，中國大陸沒有操縱人民幣匯率，但人民幣幣值嚴重低估。

美國製造業認為低估幅度高達40%，且是美國對大陸巨大貿易逆差的一大原因。

這份報告沒有說大陸或德國、南韓等其他國家操縱匯率以便不公平地取得貿易優勢，但報告明確提醒這些國家應該增強內需以支持蹣跚不前的全球經濟復甦。

報告還提醒北京政府，應該減少干預外匯市場的頻率，讓人民幣升值。

報告說，人民幣年初大幅貶值，現在已經漲回一部分，自4月底以來累升1.9%。（譯者：中央社何世煌）1031016
