「圓夢贏家」計畫　1個月匯出11億贓款

新北地檢署偵辦「圓夢贏家」計畫吸金案，今再搜索涉嫌替吸金團主嫌陳靖騰從事地下匯兌的銀樓及2家外勞雜貨店，並拘提銀樓蕭姓負責人與陳姓、張姓雜貨店女老闆等4人到案，訊後張姓老闆及陳女的兒子都被諭令5萬元交保，蕭男仍由檢察官複訊中。

檢調查出，陳靖騰與女友曹晏甄、兒子陳楨易、陳楨岳及帳房林致宇等人，涉以「圓夢贏家計畫」名義招攬會員投資馬來西亞「賭王」拿督的博奕事業，藉此吸金近30億元，上月搜索陳男的豪宅與辦公室，查扣3.8億元現金、2輛賓利車、1輛賓士車及上百個名牌包，訊後聲押陳男等5嫌獲准。

檢調勾稽扣案帳冊資料，查出陳男利用銀樓、外勞雜貨店等管道從事地下匯兌，將大筆贓款匯到星馬地區，光是今年5月初至6月初之間，就匯出近11億元到星馬。

檢調今分頭前往一家銀樓及2家外勞雜貨店搜索，在銀樓查扣1500多萬元贓款，並將銀樓蕭姓負責人及外勞雜貨店老闆等4人帶回新北地檢署連夜複訊。（游仁汶／新北報導）
