交長再批柯P無法處理國際事務

台北市長選戰打得火熱，交通部長葉匡時日前出席國民黨台北市長候選人連勝文的餐會時，質疑無黨籍台北市長候選人柯文哲走不出國際，引發各界討論。葉匡時上午在立法院接受媒體時指出，他擔心柯P處理國際事務時，一不小心就會流露出性別歧視、唯我獨尊的優越感。

葉匡時表示，當天是一個觀光後援會的場合，出席的人都是觀光、旅遊界的人士，國際事務是非常重要的。他當時提出一些國際視野的問題，並要在場人士思考柯P要如何處理國際事務，不過他並沒有提到英文，因為英文並不是處理國際事務的關鍵，這是價值觀的問題。
