如何做汽車正確迴轉

請問常常在馬路上看到，雙黃線花到粗的白線為止，接著中間空著2、3公尺才是斑馬線，中間這段空白的2、3公尺，我開車的想要迴轉可以在這段距離迴轉嗎？

如果我直接在這邊迴轉發現一次轉不過去，需要倒車個幾次才有辦法迴轉，在這段時間內我算違規嗎?

在這迴轉的時候跟直行的車輛擦撞，我的造事責任是不是比較重？

在路上看到各式各樣的迴轉方式都不知道何種才是正確的，我只知道跨雙黃線是絕對不能迴轉的。
