為什麼每次爸爸洗完澡以後，我跟妹妹洗澡水都冷冷的?

我們家有四個人，
爸爸很節省所以都會叫我們大家集中時間一起洗澡，
說這樣可以減少熱水器一直重複把把熱水加熱到滾燙中間那段浪費的時間，
所以爸爸都是帶頭喊""洗澡囉~""的那個，
每次輪到我跟妹妹去洗，出來都覺得熱水好不夠熱，
過陣子好像又有寒流來，到時候洗澡就又要洗戰鬥澡速戰速決因為好冷，都不能好好享受熱水因為會抖。
請問有人家裡也會有這種問題嗎?
有沒有什麼方法可以改善啊?
我們請人家來維修檢查也都說機器沒狀況，問題到底是什麼...
