新的iphone5s 16G實際容量只有12.1??

最近續約了iphone5s的16G手機
但是在"關於本機"裡面看到"容量"顯示只有12.1G = =
本來就知道16G不會真的有16G
但是12.1也差太多了吧!!
我看身邊朋友的也有12.7/8

如果1G等於1024MB的話
那我不就少了好幾首歌的容量了嗎= =

請問這樣是正常的嗎???
還是只是我比較衰= =
