沙卡洛夫紀念館恐將遭查禁

俄國司法部周五宣布，紀念蘇聯時期人權鬥士的沙卡洛夫紀念館屬於「外國勢力組織」，可能導致這個機構遭到查禁。

俄國是在總統普丁近年頒行的法令下，清查境內的菲政府組織（NGO）是否接受外國資金，是否從事政治活動。如果成立，這些機構會被標示為「外國勢力組織」（foreign agent）。

全稱為「沙卡洛夫紀念館與社區中心」（Andrei Sakharov Museum and Community Center）這家基金會主管愛列謝耶娃（Lyudmila Alexeyeva）向俄國媒體表示，被列名為「外國勢力組織」，恐怕將迫使該基金會關閉。

沙卡洛夫參與研製了蘇聯第一批核子彈，後來鼓吹人權、反核擴散與和平，在1975年獲頒諾貝爾和平獎，隨後在蘇聯境內遭到軟禁流放。歐盟設立的人權獎項就以他為名。沙卡洛夫紀念館位於莫斯科，1995年成立。
