請問行動電源外殼裂了是否還可以用的問題

我不小心從高處把行動電源摔下去了，拿起來看之後，連接處有分開，但是我又把它裝回去了。不過外殼烤漆那邊有裂開了，但是還可以充電。

我想問看看，這樣算有壞掉嗎，充電時會漏電和有危險嗎？假如把裂開處用膠帶黏起來，可以用嗎？才剛買沒多久，好心疼喔?
