想請問專業的版友們，有關育嬰留職停薪的問題。本人育有一女，目前兩歲半，想說要在三歲前領取政府的育嬰留職停薪津貼。本人工作為自由業，近兩年都投保於職業工會，但之前也有在公司上班過，申請前有到勞保局查詢保險年資，確定"就業保險年資"已滿一年。(申請條件之一) 因工會不得申請留職停薪，所以上上個月投保親戚的公司(非三等親)。這個月申請育嬰留職停薪。勞保局馬上來關切，說這是詐保，強硬的要求我撤銷申請。還說一般投保後六個月以上再來申請，我們都不會査核，你這個太離譜。請問要如何爭取應有之權利? 被保險人同時具備下列條件，得請領育嬰留職停薪津貼： 1.保險年資合計滿1年以上。 2.子女滿3歲前。 3.依性別工作平等法之規定，辦理育嬰留職停薪。他條件也就這三行.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.171.192.40 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1421314932.A.25E.html
