美解禁古巴旅遊貿易可帶古巴雪茄回美

美國歐巴馬政府大幅放寬美國對古巴的旅遊、貿易和投資，新規定16日生效，自此美國公民可在古巴使用信用卡，並可從古巴帶回價值100美元以內的菸酒，包括著名的古巴雪茄。

美國企業也可對古巴出口電話、電腦和網路科技產品，並可投資古巴的小企業。

美國和古巴上月同意將恢復外交關係，兩國在1961年斷交。不過，完全解除美國對古巴的貿易禁運，必須獲美國國會通過。
