IOI買101補件申請匯入251億

頂新擬將台北101持股轉讓給馬來西亞IOI集團，經濟部投審會表示，申請人IOI今天已完成補件，原先申請匯入新台幣7億餘元，大幅修正匯入金額為251億餘元。

投審會103年12月17日接獲馬來西亞商StrategyAssets( L) Limited申請匯入5億元投資設立永成置業股份有限公司，並於103年12月31日接獲轉讓人頂新集團相關申請案。

由於雙方對於投資計畫、股東結構及投資架構、投資資金來源、股權買賣契約、收購股權價格評估資料、投資人未來償債能力及財務可行性分析、以及頂新集團售股後的資金流向等仍待釐清，投審會1月5日發函申請人限期於今天前補正。

投審會表示，申請人已於今天補具相關文件，馬來西亞商Strategy Assets( L) Limited並修正投資計畫，由原來申請匯入新台幣7億餘元修正為申請匯入新台幣251億餘元進行投資，其中244億餘元，主要由國內新設事業永成置業股份有限公司向申請人馬來西亞商Strategy Assets( L) Limited借款。
