禽流感「燒鵝」　鵝肉恐全軍覆沒

禽流感疫情延燒未歇，防檢局表示，截至昨晚6 時止，全台13縣市通報異場的雞鴨鵝場達541場，控管禽隻303萬5836隻，確診染病禽場達487場，自行爆斃及撲殺的隻數達214萬8931隻。其中鵝肉控管隻數已達160萬7581隻，是全台鵝場在養量177萬隻的九成，鵝肉可能全軍覆沒。

農委會畜牧處科長江文全說，農曆春節前仍可正常供應鵝肉，農曆春節後會量調節市場需求，並呼籲民眾改吃其他禽肉。(戴安瑋／台北報導)
