advanced systemcare 跟Mcafee

想問一下有關筆電程式的問題

去年大概十月份買了新的筆電
那時候買回來感覺跑得很順

但是最近覺得卡卡的
後來發現有兩個程式好像有可能是造成電腦變慢的原因
就是電腦同時有advanced systemcare 跟Mcafee這兩個程式
想要問他們可以同時安裝在電腦裡嗎?

然後advanced systemcare大概每兩天都會要我更新甚麼病毒資訊~
所以她也是防毒軟體的一種嗎?
因為雖然有上網爬文
但是我還是看不太懂
想麻煩知道的朋友給我一個解答~
