政府「開後門」放寬中國人納入健保資格嗎？

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，全民健保法規定，領有「居留」證明文件，並居留滿六個月，或有一定雇主的外籍人士，才能納入健保，如果只是「停留」就不能。

但衛福部卻把各類入出境許可證，都認定是「居留」證明，逐步放寬中國人投保資格，已有六萬多人得利。

對此政治大學法律系副教授孫迺翊認為，中國人士納保機制欠缺國會監督，將演生諸多不公平現象，呼籲政府不能放任不管。(葉國吏/綜合報導)
