涉包庇賭場萬華警遭收押

廉政署偵辦北市警萬華分局偵查隊員包庇轄區職業賭場收賄案，昨天約談偵查佐陳昀寧、楊勝雄，以及警備隊小隊長邱大榮後，邱、楊各獲准以10萬元交保，陳昀寧及賭場業者游垂龍，則被台北地檢署檢肅黑金專組檢察官鄧定強聲請羈押；台北地院上午在召開羈押庭後，裁定將陳、游收押禁見。

據調查，涉案的萬華分局偵查隊員警，2013年3、4月起，被檢舉向轄區的麻將、天九等職業賭場的業者收賄，遭移送偵辦的警備隊小隊長邱大榮，業者是他巡邏的責任區，目前在偵查隊擔任偵查佐的楊勝雄，當時在派出所服務，業者賭場在他轄區，至於陳昀寧則是偵查隊負責該處的刑責區。
