北市查凌宇化咳散移桃園調查

工業用碳酸鎂、碳酸鈣風暴愈滾愈大，藥品也淪陷。北市衛生局4月2日接獲台中市衛生局通報，牛耳國際生技有限公司委託人生製藥公司製造的「凌宇化咳散」，有部分批號使用非藥品級碳酸鈣作為賦形劑，違反藥事法規定。

北市衛生局今派員前往牛耳國際生技有限公司，位在安和路的營業辦公處所調查。

衛生局表示，衛福部103年8月15日才核准該公司藥品許可證，因此未購入先前製造的問題批號藥品。後續將移請桃園市衛生局，調查設址於桃園市的原藥品許可證登記持有廠商「凌宇有限公司」，進行後續調查事宜。
