日貨代購如何計算賣價才划算?

1)匯率要怎麼算?
例如現在匯率(台灣銀行日圓現鈔買入)為0.253，
那該用多少匯率算才划算呢？
匯率變動時匯率該加多少來計算呢？

2)由日本寄回台灣的運費怎麼報價?
報價時因為還不知道東西多重，運費該如何報價呢？

3)代購費怎麼算呢?
每一筆收多少代購費?每一件?
還是不算代購費直接加算一成的手續費呢?
