工研院1名張姓已婚主管涉摸女職員的手，還邀她外出泡湯，新竹地院審理認定張男性騷擾成立，判賠25萬元。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，法官調查，張男多次假公務之名，對1名女性部屬性騷擾，邀約用餐外，2011年12月起在辦公室摸她的手3次，女方曾歇斯底里對張男嘶吼表達不滿被冒犯；隔年3月他還邀她外出泡湯。

她提出性騷擾申訴後，張男背著她給辦公室同仁錯誤資訊，試圖毀謗她，遭受公司長官與同事異樣眼光，她被迫在工作契約期滿前離職，長期做惡夢，導致經常性腸胃炎與感冒難癒。法官判張男應賠償被性騷擾的女部屬25萬元。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
