老屋活化不少人申請補助

市府老屋活化補助計畫公布一個月以來獲得回響，已有不少屋主與有意在老屋創業者提出申請。

生長在哈瑪星的音樂工作者趙先生多年來在外地打拚，打算翻修自家老宅，開設無國界料理餐廳。熱愛老屋的李先生取得壽山山腳下老房，這裡原是日治時期「三菱商社出張所」，老屋仍保存日式木構屋頂，整修後將經營懷舊風味的輕食與文創小店。

都發局提醒，有興趣活化老屋者把握時機，申請至6月30日。
