台北市環保局因大巨蛋施工違約，要求遠雄應於7日召開環評會議。北市文化局代表在會議中說道：身為大巨蛋鄰居，我們覺得無奈又害怕。委員林鎮洋則認為，環評畢竟只是事前規劃，如今大巨蛋造成的影響歷歷在目，至少要朝「維持現狀」方向努力，而不是一直想用專業術語說服大眾繼續挖，挖壞了再來補強。環評委員屠世亮也說，環評不能把「每一棟」房子分開計算數據...（閱讀全文）
