標題[請問] 下標後運費不一樣

我在露天拍賣下標買東西 然後 原本郵寄運費為40 貨到付款(先付款)60 貨到付款取貨70 結果下標後運費選項變成 "郵寄運費80 貨到付款(先付款)120 貨到付款取貨140 而且運費不能自己輸入 是只能點選的， 這樣賣家是否運費不實呢? 就覺得這樣蠻差勁，畢竟人家是比價過運費和實體費才下標的， 這樣人家下標後才調漲的真的蠻卑鄙的阿~ -- 我希望可以藉由這些發問 讓社會大眾都看到一些需要關心的議題 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.120.41.106

標題[問題] 可以強制員工撥勞退?

我大約是前兩 三年才知道所謂"勞退新制" 雇主需提撥員工薪資6%為勞退 但是做了幾份工作 各公司完全都沒有提過這個部分 每個月薪資也沒扣我6% 所以我完全不知道有這回事 = ="" 直到最近又換了新工作(囧) 第一次領薪的時候 薪資條上面列舉扣款除勞健保外還多扣了一千多 但是它是列在勞健保那一格 我心理納悶 勞健保又何時漲價的?!(加一加兩千多) 馬上去問主管 結果那天的主管說他不知道?! 叫我去問負責的人事小姐...... 後來總算知道了(我自己弄明白的 全公司只有一個最高階主管知道) 就馬上跟 他反應可否不要扣 沒想到他竟然說這是公司強制要扣繳勞退的?! 我整個啞口無言 (當初面試完全沒提過) 因為我是新來的 不知道其它同事怎樣 都沒人有意見 大家每月都強制扣6% 雖然說知道那些日後也是自己的 不過自己的薪資不能自己決定?! 而且現在好像還有很多人不知道這東西(我們公司) 小弟想問為何有些公司沒有 提撥也沒扣員工 有些公司卻是直接扣員工...... 有提撥6%給員工的公司是否 有好處?! 例如說補助之類的 聽說這是94年的政策?! 台灣實在太妙囉!!! 希望專家大大能解惑 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.174.237.47

標題[問題] Matiz方向盤左右移動會晃

上禮拜小轉彎~發現腳下多了一樣像膠的圓形物體 之後方向盤左右轉彎會晃~且會發出卡拉卡拉聲音 這禮拜去竹北找了間修車場 他說是方向盤裡的固定橡皮裂化脫落 只有Matiz會有這種問題發生 一開始跟老闆說的時候~他面有難色 因為不好修~要整組方向盤拆下來 原本他是說通常要整支換掉 大概價格要7~8千 不過仔細詢問下~老闆說可換固定橡皮 但費時費工~於是開價1800元 我想請問各位大大 這價錢合理嗎 如板上有大大開修車廠位於湖口或新竹的 有人願意幫忙修嗎 主要是竹北離湖口有點距離~且需要耗時 感謝各位大大 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.247.46
