請問大家，

目前我電腦寬頻是ADSL 5M/384K的速度，月繳476，最近中華電信來電說，可以幫我升速到光世代 6M/2M，綁約2年，月繳499，免費裝wifi。

如果我電腦只有　線上看ＹＯＵＴＵＢＥ影片、上網、偶爾下載歌曲、不玩線上遊戲，也沒在上傳東西，那我要不要換?

因為我覺得目前真的就夠用了，我家也沒在用wifi，但中華電信的人說，很多老客戶都有同意這個方案，而且說這個方案兩年後價格還會降，也說以後ADSL會慢慢沒落。。。

請問我要不要換?

狂犬病疫情擴大，防檢局8月11日公佈新增2例鼬獾確定病例，分別來自台中市新社區及嘉義縣竹崎鄉各1例，連同台東染病錢鼠，目前全台已有78例動物染狂犬病的病例，分別位在南投20例、台中14例、嘉義9例、台南9例、高雄7例、雲林3例、花蓮縣2例、台東縣市13例；另有1例錢鼠染病位在台東市。

中華籃協會理事長、立法委員丁守中今天說，政府自明年起，分5年、每年編列新台幣2億元強化籃運體質，不會只是曇花一現。

中華民國籃球協會理事長、中國國民黨籍立委丁守中在第27屆亞洲男子籃球錦標賽前，成功讓身高203公分的美國籍洋將戴維斯（Quincy Davis）歸化，加入中華隊征戰，功效有目共睹。

丁守中上午說，除了戴維斯歸化外，政府、民間未來還會有一連串的作為強化國內籃球運動，持續中華隊好的表現。

丁守中表示，強化籃球運動體質，必須要有健全的基層籃球；他去年就曾邀請當時的行政院長陳(沖)及教育部長蔣偉寧開過振興籃球會議，並擬定振興籃球計畫，行政院承諾將以10億元預算、自民國103年起，分5年編列，主要用來改善各級學校及各地籃球場館設施、加裝夜間照明、聘請專業教練輔助經費等，從基層開始厚植實力。

除了厚植基層實力外，丁守中還說，為增加職業籃壇競爭力，籃協已商請超級籃球聯賽（SBL）各球團，自今年開始取消「洋將不得超過205公分」限制，並補助每支球團5萬美元，讓他們可以聘請優質洋將來台。

此外，籃協也補助女子超級籃球聯賽（WSBL）各球團新台幣100萬元，讓女子籃球隊可以聘請外國教練來台。

丁守中說，這次中華隊征戰亞錦賽，對身高超過210公分的國際長人還是有不適應的情形，能贏人高馬大的大陸隊，可能還是與不少中華隊國手在大陸打過職業聯賽、有一定熟悉度有關。他相信SBL取消洋將身高限制後，將會有身高210公分以上的洋將來台，有助強化中華隊競爭力，「打得不錯的洋將，將再爭取歸化」。
