我在pchome商店街買了一個東西
然後是新加入會員的~~
後來都訂單完成了
之後我登入商店街的帳號,都登不進去(都跟我說帳號密碼錯誤)
結果我案查詢密碼的,他說帳號輸入錯誤(就是沒有這個帳號的意思)
後來我用同一個帳號再辦一次,還是登不進去
但是查詢密碼的時候,已經有這個帳號了
我想問,那我當時訂單的那個帳號呢??
這樣算交易完成嗎?
要是算完成,我是選擇超商取貨的,如果貨到他會發簡訊到我手機嗎?
那要是他沒有發來,我以為他貨沒有到,就沒去拿貨付款,會怎樣?
我現在該怎麼辦?

【何哲欣／台北報導】民進黨前主席蔡英文呼籲開國是會議。親民黨上午發新聞稿，黨籍立委李桐豪說，馬政府的問題在於領導，管理與執行能力出問題，不是朝野意見分歧所造成的停滯，總統馬英九應該自我檢討，下詔罪己，而不是轉移焦點，將錯誤曲解為藍綠問題，且朝野要見面，應有明確議題，否則只是摸頭，親民黨對此沒興趣。

李桐豪呼籲，馬若真心想改革，應事先廣泛溝通，縝密作業，再聚集各方賢達，召開大型討論會議，會後再整理結論，協調黨政，修正政策，具體落實，才會有所成效。

親民黨發言人吳崑玉也諷，跟水母開完會，水母也不會長出脊椎，管理問題、領導問題，不是開會可以解決的，馬政府要先有自知之明，否則談開什麼會、見什麼人，都沒有太多意義。
