英國38歲男子保羅（Paul Barrington）日前在eBay拍賣網站上，用300英鎊（約新台幣14000）標下一台MacBook，豈料貨品送來，紙箱中竟只有一張印有筆電圖片的影印紙。

據英國《都市報》（Metro）報導，保羅因身體因素放棄衝浪夢想，而為轉型成一位婚禮DJ，保羅賣掉珍視的衝浪板，在網上購買一台MacBook Pro，為新事業做準備。

豈料貨品送達後，重量輕如羽毛，打開看箱內竟只有一張MacBook Pro的黑白影印照。

保羅無奈說，「這是我10歲以來首次失去衝浪板，但我真的需要一台筆電。購買前我有注意賣家的評價狀況，由那些資訊可見，賣家入會員時間已有數年，不見可疑跡象」。而這次的事件，還可能嚴重影響他的新工作。

eBay表示，對於此次網購事件感到抱歉，將會盡速解決退款事宜，及調查詳細交易情形。

電子商務熱 廣州擬興建產業園區

中國大陸廣東省廣州市研擬在琶洲興建電子商務產業園區，這項規劃案預定今年啟動。

中新社今天報導，廣州市常務副市長陳如桂3日表示「現在很多入駐廣州的電商（電子商務）發展勢頭很猛，全國50強電商裡，廣州有不少。」

陳如桂說，「我們正在引進騰訊、阿里、復星、唯品會、UC、YY等品牌企業，在琶洲打造一個以電商集群為特色的CBD（中心商務區）。」

陳如桂介紹，琶洲西區約2.1平方公里，上述計畫預定今年內啟動。

期貨商論壇╱ 長榮航期 進場布局

長榮航是台灣國內兩大航空公司之一，不僅機隊龐大，更擁有多條國際航線，後進者難以超越，當然，這些都是市場已知的資訊，並非投資人所關心的焦點，近期對於長榮航最大的利多，仍是放在去年油價大幅下跌上，且該股去年第4季有機會虧轉盈，後市基本面看好下，建議可以股票期貨進行操作。

分析去年長榮航財報，雖然前三季呈現虧損，但受惠於低油價，去年全年營收年成長7.19%，達1,330億元，法人預估，第4季將有機會將全年轉虧為盈，若低油價環境持續，今年獲利將不同凡響。

統一期貨分析師洪立強表示，對於長榮航，其實早有投資人嗅到契機進場操作，近期不僅長榮航股票的成交量有放大，認購權證的成交量排名，也總是出現在排行榜上，熱度強強滾，然而，洪立強認為，長榮航認購權證的槓桿倍數，多數在五倍上下，相較於股票期貨的7倍，並沒有優勢，建議投資人可轉操作長榮航的股票期貨，目前長榮航期貨的十日均量約為627口，十日未平倉均量為1,470口，特別是交易成本低廉，投資人應可多加利用。（統一期貨提供）
