手機快把我給搞瘋了，我到底該怎麼辦??

我的IPHONE5 換了新的SIM卡後

畫面仍停留在"停用IPHONE，請連接ITUNES"

客服人員的門市不會用，並且表示我不是在他那邊買的(我是在知名網拍平台購買)

無法幫我處理

APPLE原廠的客服也聽不懂我說的話，而且能幫我的似乎也有限

請問有人有預過類的問題嗎，拜託~請幫幫我

我明明換了新的SIM卡為何還是不能用

是我手機內部的問題嗎???

手機現在不能使用

讓我真的不方便道不行

誰可以幫幫我，我真的萬分感謝

有種孤立無援的感受......
