蘇力西北西移動　威脅宜花東、台中以北地區

【綜合報導】中央氣象局今晚23:30發布蘇力海上陸上颱風警報。
 
中度颱風，編號第7號(國際命名：SOULIK，中文譯名：蘇力)目前中心位置在北緯 22.6 度，東經 127.7 度，即在宜蘭的東南東方約 650 公里之海面上，繼續向西北西移動，暴風圈逐漸接近臺灣東部海面，對宜蘭、花蓮、臺東及臺中以北地區將構成威脅。

陸上：宜蘭、花蓮、臺東、綠島、蘭嶼、基隆、臺北、新北、桃園、新竹、苗栗、臺中及南投地區應嚴加戒備並防強風豪雨。

海上：臺灣北部海面、東北部海面、東南部海面、臺灣海峽北部及巴士海峽航行及作業船隻應嚴加戒備。
