高雄豪宅辦音樂會 另類吸客

【陳建宇／高雄報導】高雄市豪宅預售案「國王1號院」廣告促銷跳脫傳統打折或送家電等方式，改以音樂會方式呈現，請來歌手現場演唱，搭配精緻下午茶，吸引不少民眾參與，活動將持續至8月3日，每周六都有不同歌手獻唱。

「國王1號院」專案經理蘇順益表示，這是高雄建案首次藉由音樂演唱會的方式進行促銷，同屬興富發建設的新案「華人滙」也同步進行，蘇順益指出，這樣的銷售方式不僅對提升高雄的文化水準有幫助，更可鎖定重視藝文活動的頂級客層。
