【林建鋒／台中報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘過世經過16天，總統馬英九今下午一時二十五分，親赴台中后里洪仲丘靈堂上香，向家屬慰問並致上慰問金10萬元，表示對洪案將「從速偵辦、從嚴究責、從優賠償」，並要求國防部檢討軍方管教問題，絕不讓類似事件再發生。
