洪案4被告為何交保　法院：非重罪

【綜合報導】洪仲丘案軍事法院昨天下午開接押庭，庭訊到深夜後，副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正、上士范佐憲、戒護士陳毅勳都獲交保。

至於4人為什麼可以交保，軍高院表示，因為4人當時，並不是因為涉嫌重罪被聲押，而是因為有串證之虞，但是因為已經多次開庭，已經沒有串證之虞，所以裁定交保。
