陸軍542旅義務役下士洪仲丘遭虐斃案，他在關禁閉前，被帶往新竹813醫院進行體檢，一般體檢報告流程得需經過7天才完成，但他的報告卻當天拿到，被爆料是士官長陳以人買飲料賄賂醫院。軍檢在上月31日報告強調並無此事，但1日上午姊姊洪慈庸卻公布錄音檔，輔導長親口證實陳以人的確有買飲料。
洪仲丘案發生至今快1個月，軍檢介入偵辦後，先是屢遭批評速率太慢、又疑似替軍方護航，31日公布的起訴書內容，又「汙衊」洪仲丘人員太差，使得家屬無法接受。洪慈庸對於軍檢這樣的調查內容，除了無法接受之外，並認為軍檢根本無心調查，想要敷衍了事。
洪慈庸提出2點質疑，第一是4日仲丘開死亡證明當天，並未經過解剖，死亡證明就以「意外」註明，擺明就是不願讓家屬了解真相；第二就是質疑范佐憲、陳以人是否有買飲料給醫護人員，好讓體檢表可以火速出爐。洪慈庸隨及播放一段錄音檔，內容是輔導長吳翼竹和同袍的對話，明顯得知士官長陳以人購買飲料給醫護人員一事。
軍檢調查稱說查無范佐憲和陳以人買飲料賄賂醫護人員一事，這讓家屬聽了憤怒不已，直批軍方根本是「無心辦案」。她還痛批軍檢辦案不積極，導致542旅上下早已串證完成。
