平板程式一直跳出

我的平板（iPad)最近有些怪怪的情況，先是有時候玩遊戲會常常跳出，或是上網時也莫名其妙的跳出，然而到現在我從app store下載的遊戲只要一點入就跳出，但原本內建的程式卻還是能正常運作，我該怎麼做？一直重新關機也沒有用，是要去重置嗎？還是要送回原廠修理？

急急急~
