核災賠償金額翻三倍　與國際接軌

原能會今日表示，送審的《核子損害賠償法》修訂草案，已參考國際標準，將核電廠經營者的損害賠償，由原本的42億新台幣上修至150 億，民眾權益可受更高保障。

原能會指出，國際間的核子損害賠償金額，賠償上限為3億特別提款權 (SDR)，約等於新臺幣150億元。

金額調整後，有助於台灣未來加入國際公約，與簽約國合作。對於事故後可能衍生的國際求償，也可以有一致的作法。

草案已於去 (101)年初送立法院，若通過後，將會提昇對民眾權益的保障。
