標題[請益] A disk read error occurred

型號:acer E1-571G-53212G50Mnks 筆電 ﹝硬體規格﹞ CPU：Intel core i5-3210M(2.5GHz / Turbo 3.1GHz) MB ： RAM：2GB DDR3 VGA：內建ATI HD 3200 HDD：500G (SATA) PSU： O.S：Windows 7 家用進階版 64-bit (抱歉有許多不知道的) 小弟最近安裝ubuntu 13.04 在我的win7筆電上，是將d槽切一塊40GB的空間來安裝， 安裝完後，ubuntu 系統可以正常運作，但當我改成要以win7啟動電腦時，她卻顯示 "A disk read error occurred press ctrl+alt+del to restart"，不過，不管我 按幾次ctrl+alt+del，都還是跑到一樣的畫面，而我改成ubuntu開機，卻可以正常 運作，而且還可以看到c槽、d槽的資料(完好如初)，到底是什麼問題呢? 拜託各位大大解救我~ [已做的努力] 有google"a disk read error occurred press ctrl+alt+del to restart"來尋求 解決，有找到以下建議: 1.重插排線->因為是筆電，所以無法拆開重插 2.插入開機光碟，以主控台輸入:chkdsk指令、sfc /scannow->情況依舊 3.插入開機光碟，修復錯誤->情況依舊 4.插入開機光碟，恢復原廠設定->c槽資料全變成原廠設定(以ubuntu觀看)，但情況還 是一樣 5.其他修復硬碟的程式->因為連開機都無法開，所以根本沒辦法用 以上就是我目前的狀況，資料已經備份，只希望能解決這個問題，拜託各位幫我解答~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.194.65.8
