購地激勵　興富發股價走揚

【劉曉霞／台北報導】興富發(2542)昨一口氣公布購買3筆土地，砸下近40億元，分別買台北市中山區、新竹竹北、台中市西屯區土地，為明年推案儲備來源，激勵今天股價走揚，早盤開高，一度來到65.6元，盤中在平盤上整理。

興富發副總經理廖昭雄說，台北市中山區案將比照「台北晶麒」，主推小坪數、低總價，供首購市場，因該案有建照，預估明年初可推案，每戶坪數控制在20坪以內，總價不超過2000萬元，每坪單價將突破百萬元，總銷預估45億元。

至於台中和竹北土地，廖昭雄說，台中還要申請建照，推案進度將會落在明年中，總銷約17~18億元；竹北則鄰近興富發家族潤隆推案的「國賓大悅」，由於「國賓大悅」銷售順利，竹北案也將比照「國賓大悅」，推出總價1200萬元以內、主推首購需求產品。
