台東婦女疑虐童縣府社會處追辦

台東市一名婦女為停止親生的9歲女童哭泣，拿出水果刀威脅，硬將小孩拖拉，塞入後車廂，無視小孩掙扎哭喊，硬是蓋上車廂後蓋，畫面被小朋友的表姊以手機拍下，放上網路，引起台東縣政府社會處注意，但是小孩父母外出工作，至今仍找不到人。

縣府社會處長鍾青柏說，這已經是不當管教，畫面中的婦女明顯違反家庭暴力防治法，及兒童及少年福利與權益保障法。

目前社會處已訪談鄰居、小孩學校老師，也詢問孩子，發現小朋友不想回家。鄰居透露，這名婦女脾氣很大，小孩喊餓還會載到偏闢的地方，放30分鐘再回頭載回家，小孩已不敢說餓。親戚也說，小朋友害怕回家，放學會遊蕩到非不得已才回家。

鍾青柏說，今天會緊急安置這個家庭的3名小孩，除影片中的9歲女童，還有她的兩名6歲與7歲妹妹。
